Is there a bag drop?
Yes. There will be a baggage label attached to your number. Bag drop is at Race HQ. We can take bags from 8am on race day. Please ensure you label your bag. Loose items may not be left. Please don’t leave valuables.
Whilst the bag drop will be attended at all times, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage

The race is being timed by Crazy Legs Events. Results will be available online following the race
Gun time will decide the finishing positions
Chip times will also be displayed (which is the time you cross the start line to the finish line)
Both times will be displayed. Up to you which one you share on Strava!

Is there a cut off time?
As shown on the entry page, we’re asking if anyone is likely to take longer than 1 hour 45 mins to please let us know

Can I race with my kids buggy?
No. As a courtesy to other runners we can’t allow pushchairs

Can I wear headphones?
We strongly advise against wearing headphones. It can be dangerous as we need all runners to be able to hear instructions from marshals, and all can be made aware of any potential hazards on route
The only headphones that we could recommend be worn are the ‘bone conducting’ headphones that don’t sit in your ears – such as Aftershokz Openmove (we sell them in the shop)

What time should I arrive?
We would suggest arriving approx. an hour before the race to allow time for parking, registration, bag drop, toilets
Road closures will be in place – full info will be in your race pack and shown on our website

Is water provided?
There will be a water station at approx. 5/6k and bottles of water will be available at the finish. We ask you dispose of any litter responsibly

Are there marshals?
The route will be fully marshalled by some very kind volunteers who are giving up their Sunday morning to make sure you’re safe
